These experiences also provided for a deep technical understanding of the LIHTC, NMTC, HTC, and SITC programs, NOAH, PACE, Workforce, Seniors, Opportunity Funds and the capital that accompanies them. When coupled with over 15 years of relationship development and management experience that is supported by technical expertise, Synergy is able to be a critical partner in community development and housing investments. The experience gained from being responsible for originations and acquisitions, underwriting, project management to asset management, and dispositions allows for an expertise that benefits all facets of the investment’s lifecycle. Prior to Synergy, Keith was an originator for a national seller/servicer focused on agency affordable housing finance programs. The next 18 years, Keith focused on all aspects of a community and housing investments with two national tax credit syndicators (Alliant Capital and Enterprise Community Investment), two national banks (PNC and JP Morgan) and six (6) years as a consultant for affordable housing developers. Keith began his career while earning a BS in Applied Geography with a concentration in Urban Planning from the University of Louisville with an internship spanning two summers with a senior housing developer. As a nationwide non-profit with expertise in housing and community investment, lending, and development, Synergy is poised to create projects that are fostered by strong partnerships, improve communities, and are successful through the entire investment lifecycle.
